Lindsey Mann teaches the Colourful Aluminuium Jewellery weekend course at the Sussex Jewellery School (an Adding Colour course), introducing students to the colouring and decoration of anodised aluminium.

Image of Lindsey Mann jeweller at her workbench smiling to cameraLindsey Mann is a professional jeweller and author.   She launched her unique range of anodised aluminium jewellery in 2002, after graduating from Middlesex University. She enjoys sharing her passion for making things by teaching workshops, demonstrating and giving talks.

Since 2003 she has been a visiting lecturer for degree courses at Middlesex University (Jewellery), Somerset College of Art & Technology (Textile Print) and University of the Creative Arts Farnham (3D Design) and has taught in adult education in Oxford and Winchester. She has worked with schools across Hampshire and in 2010 ran a teacher training workshop for the Primary Art Conference, promoting Creativity in schools.

In 2006 and 2007 Lindsey was invited to demonstrate her craft at Art in Action.
2010 saw the launch of Lindsey’s first book, called Coloured Aluminium Jewellery, in which she shares her passion for the subject, along with some of the techniques used to colour her own work.
