Liz Woolf is a lampwork beadmaker, qualified teacher, and enthusiastic maker, with a passion for beautiful things (especially jewellery, textiles and grainy black and white photographs). As a lampworker and maker, Liz is part of the energetic Eastbourne Open House movement and sells her glass beads and jewellery locally, and online through her Etsy shop Edge of the Land. Liz's first piece of jewellery was a shell on some string, which she wore almost every day for a year - though her designs have come on a long way since those days!
Liz's teaching qualification and past experience in mainstream education has given her infinite patience, the ability to structure classes well and give very clear instructions. Her style is friendly and fun-loving, and her teaching style is informal and enjoyable.
