Fancy spending three enjoyable hours working away under your own steam in our friendly and well-equipped workshop?  

Studio sessions are a brilliant chance for past Sussex Jewellery School students to use the school's tools and equipment to work independently on their own projects.

One of our tutors will be present during your studio session, but will be working on their own projects, but if you need help or advice, you can book some additional one-to-one tuition to take place before or after your studio session.

Please note that studio sessions are only available to students who have already attended one of our workshops or courses, and who have completed the necessary health and safety inductions.  Past students can use equipment in our workshop including metal clay tools, cutters, and textures, lost wax carving equipment, silverwork tools including piercing saws, disc cutting and doming sets, the use of the rolling mill and drill press, and the soldering station.  You can even ask us to fire your metal clay pieces for you at the end of the day (kiln firing service charges apply).  Materials used are not included, and are charged for on the day (you are advised to order in any materials in advance, to ensure availability, or bring your own materials with you).
