A private jewellery-making training day, just for you and up to six other friends, on a date of your choice (subject to availability) for just £75 each plus materials (based on seven friends/hens sharing the £525 tuition fee)!  Half-day custom courses are also available for £40 each plus materials (based on seven friends/hens sharing the half-day fee of £280).

Just imagine, you could get up to seven people together at the Sussex Jewellery School for a very special custom one-day or half-day course to celebrate a mate's hen party, a family birthday, a reunion or any special event.

On a full-day course, you and your friends could master silver clay techniques and basic silverwork skills with our friendly silverwork tutor, Sarah Jane Whittaker MCSJ Dip MC, and make yourselves a solid silver pendant and pair of pure silver earrings.  Or, for hen parties, why not make yourselves a lovely silver pendant, and make the bride a charm bracelet to wear on her wedding day?

On a half-day course, you could each make a solid silver pendant or pair of pure silver earrings!

Custom jewellery-making days or hen parties are available by individual arrangement on some Mondays and Fridays.  Occasional weekend days are also available.  Full days run from 10am-5pm with a break for lunch (can be provided at extra cost).  Half-days comprise three hours of tuition.  Please note that materials are not included in the tuition fee for custom jewellery-making days or hen parties (see below).  Alcohol is not permitted in the studio, and must not be consumed before the workshop, for health and safety reasons.

Call the school on 07939 696465 to arrange a day and time to suit you, and to discuss what topics and skills you'd like to cover on your bespoke course.  Once the specific topics for your custom training day has been agreed between you and the tutor, you will be given a list of materials to order from the jewellery school.  These will be available for you to collect from the admin office on the day of your training.
